Return Policy Agreement:
*We guarantee all orders to be in new and working condition upon arrival.
* Damaged items must be reported within 7 business days of arrival. Damaged items can only be replaced with the
exact item ordered but not for exchange or return for full credit.

damaged products or errors processing orders. Returns for non-damaged items customers must pay for the stated
fees below. We will not compensate you for any inconvenience due to damage shipment or error processing orders.

must have an ROI number. Packages without an ROI number will be refused. Please get signature confirmation as we
are not responsible for packages left outside the warehouse.
* A tracking number and a copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
* Fixtures must be returned in its original packaging within 15 business days of arrival, in new condition.

* A 10% restocking fee will be charged to the subtotal amount on all returns.
* All packaging materials, instructional guides, and hardware parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will
